🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in costing and financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in SAP ERP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Certification in Cost Management or Financial Analysis is a plus.
• Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and international financial reporting standards.
