In this role, you will utilize industry-leading tools such as Surpac, Vulcan, and Leapfrog, and you will need to hold a relevant certification, such as the Certified Mining Professional (CMP) or Professional Geologist (PG). With 10-15 years of experience in mining exploration, you will be well-equipped to tackle the challenges and opportunities that come with this exciting position.

• Lead and manage the exploration team, ensuring all activities are aligned with company goals.
• Conduct geological surveys and data analysis to identify potential mineral deposits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in mining exploration, with a strong background in geological surveys and data analysis.
• Certification as a Certified Mining Professional (CMP) or Professional Geologist (PG).
• Proven track record of successfully managing exploration projects and teams.
• Proficiency in industry-leading tools such as Surpac, Vulcan, and Leapfrog.
• Strong understanding of environmental and safety regulations in the mining industry.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
