Head of Supply Intelligence & Supply Chain (Bali - Hybrid)

PT Unicorn Food & Services is seeking a visionary Head of Supply Intelligence & Supply Chain to join our dynamic team in Bali. In this pivotal role, you'll lead a team of supply chain professionals to optimize operations, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Based in Canggu, you'll work closely with regional offices in Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, ensuring seamless coordination across our operations.

As the Head of Supply Intelligence & Supply Chain, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies to improve our supply chain efficiency. You'll leverage cutting-edge tools like SAP, Tableau, and Power BI to analyze data and drive decision-making. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, international environment where your insights will directly impact the company's bottom line.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals to optimize operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
• Leverage advanced analytics tools such as SAP, Tableau, and Power BI to analyze data and drive decision-making.
• Collaborate with regional offices in Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung to ensure seamless coordination.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure business continuity.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners to secure optimal terms and conditions.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
• Report regularly to senior management on the performance of the supply chain and recommend improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing supply chain strategies and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of data analytics and experience with tools like SAP, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire a team.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Certifications in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CSCP, APICS) are a plus.
• Experience working in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
