Manage and develop a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.,Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and support to team members.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.,Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company and its products.,Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of the local market and consumer behavior.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to travel extensively for business purposes.
