As a Commercial Learning Partner, you will collaborate closely with regional managers and team leaders to understand their training needs and design tailored learning solutions. You will leverage industry-leading tools like Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning platforms to create engaging and effective training programs. This role is perfect for professionals with a background in human resources, training and development, or a related field.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and assess training needs within the Central Java region.
• Design and develop impactful learning programs using LMS and eLearning platforms.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to empower teams.
• Collaborate with regional managers and team leaders to ensure training programs align with business objectives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Contribute to the development of a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a commercial or sales environment.
• Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of LMS and eLearning platforms.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs.
• Familiarity with the retail or commercial industry is a plus.
