As a Customer Growth Advisor at Island Growth Solutions, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement growth strategies. You'll analyze customer data using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Amplitude to identify trends and opportunities. Your daily work will involve creating and testing hypotheses, running A/B tests, and optimizing marketing campaigns to maximize customer lifetime value.

• Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies to acquire, retain, and activate customers
• Analyze customer data using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Amplitude to identify trends and opportunities
• Create and test hypotheses, and run A/B tests to optimize marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives
• Monitor and report on key growth metrics, such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (LTV), and churn rate
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer growth and marketing
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership
• Continuously refine and improve growth strategies based on data and feedback

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in customer growth, marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Amplitude
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Understanding of local Indonesian market dynamics and consumer behavior
• Certification in digital marketing or customer growth (e.g., Google Analytics Certified, HubSpot Growth-Driven Design Certified) is a plus
