Hub Star Ekspansindo is looking for a Deputy Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement process, ensuring efficient and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process by identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and monitoring delivery schedules.,Maintain and update procurement records and databases.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate procurement of goods and services.,Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and potential cost-saving opportunities.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations.,Support the procurement team in managing supplier relationships and resolving any issues that may arise.,Participate in procurement meetings and discussions with suppliers and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement processes, best practices, and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.
