Cafe Krisna Fried Chicken is looking for a Deputy Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and performance of our employees. You will work closely with the Training Officer to ensure that our training initiatives are effective and aligned with our company's goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure that training needs are identified and addressed.,Maintain training records and provide reports to management.,Assist in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures related to employee training.,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them improve their performance.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employee training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a training or HR role.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to travel for training purposes.
