📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and budgets for the company.
• Lead a team of financial analysts and planners in creating strategic financial forecasts.
• Analyze market trends and economic indicators to identify opportunities and risks.
• Collaborate with senior management to set financial goals and strategies.
• Monitor financial performance and provide regular reports to the board of directors.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate planning, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing financial strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial planning software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in financial planning and analysis (CFP, CPA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Indonesian financial markets and regulations.
