As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Support the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.,Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and conflicts.,Support the HR Manager in conducting performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.,Support the HR Manager in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR Generalist or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
