🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using HR management software,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration,Experience in managing a team and leading projects
