📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Assist in the preparation and administration of recruitment activities such as job fairs and campus recruitment.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.,Support the recruitment team in the development and maintenance of employer branding activities.,Assist in the preparation of recruitment reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,0-2 years of experience in recruitment or related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in English and local language is a plus.
