📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer requirements.,Manage and train junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure food safety and quality standards are maintained.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Valid food handling certificate.
