📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs to meet the needs of the organization and its employees.,Identify training needs and gaps through assessments, surveys, and feedback.,Create and deliver training materials, including presentations, workshops, and e-learning modules.,Facilitate training sessions and provide ongoing support to participants.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.,Ability to travel as needed for training sessions and meetings.
