📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and secure high-quality tenants for commercial properties, including exhibition areas and atriums.
• Conduct market research and analysis to understand tenant needs and market trends.
• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Collaborate with property managers and marketing teams to ensure a seamless tenant experience.
• Negotiate lease agreements and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor lease performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential tenants.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in commercial leasing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial leasing, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of leasing software such as Yardi, OnQ, or similar.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian real estate market and regulations.
