As a National SLOT Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the allocation of flight slots, ensuring compliance with international and regional aviation regulations. You will work closely with airlines, air traffic control, and other airport departments to optimize the use of airport resources and enhance the overall passenger experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate the allocation of flight slots for domestic and international flights.
• Ensure compliance with international and regional aviation regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with major airlines, ground handlers, and other stakeholders to optimize airport operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve airport efficiency and capacity.
• Monitor and analyze airport performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the SLOT coordination team.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in aviation technology and industry best practices.
• Represent Malaysia Airports at industry conferences and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Airport Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SLOT coordination or a similar role in the aviation industry.
• Strong knowledge of international and regional aviation regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with airport management software such as OAG, AMDEC, or similar.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Leadership and team management skills.
