📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct regular store visits to monitor sales performance and customer feedback.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase product sales.,Train and mentor sales teams to ensure they meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.,Build strong relationships with customers and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and events.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Contribute to the development and execution of the company's sales and marketing plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
