📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs.,Assess trainee progress and provide constructive feedback.,Collaborate with other instructors and department heads to improve training programs.,Maintain accurate records of trainee attendance and performance.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new knowledge into training programs.,Mentor and guide junior instructors.,Ensure all training sessions are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the training department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as an instructor or trainer.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Experience in developing and delivering training programs.,Knowledge of educational technologies and tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.,Certification in training and development is a plus.
