📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a senior role.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends is a plus.
