Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and performance of power plants and utility systems.
• Lead and manage a team of operations professionals.

• Develop and implement strategic plans for operational efficiency and cost reduction.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and mentorship to team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in power plant operations and management.
• Proven track record of leadership and team management.
• Strong understanding of power plant technology and utility systems.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the energy sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
