📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the healthcare section, ensuring high standards of patient care and service.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.,Managing a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and service delivery.,Ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.,Participating in staff training and development programs.,Managing budgets and resources allocated to the healthcare section.,Representing the health center at various healthcare conferences and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare management role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Experience in managing budgets and resources.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
