📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all aspects of project execution, including planning, scheduling, and coordination of resources.,Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of all personnel on-site.,Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.,Manage and mentor a team of site supervisors and workers to ensure high levels of productivity and job satisfaction.,Prepare and submit regular progress reports and other documentation as required.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, construction, or lift installation.,Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering construction projects.,Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and safety standards.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Familiarity with project management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a work permit in Indonesia.
