In this role, you will be responsible for handling PIB (Permohonan Impor Barang) and PEB (Pemberitahuan Ekspor Barang) documents for our export-import operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and has experience in document handling for international trade.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and process PIB and PEB documents accurately and efficiently.,Ensure all documents are completed and submitted according to customs regulations.,Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for document preparation.,Maintain accurate records of all PIB and PEB documents.,Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies that arise during the document processing.,Stay updated with changes in customs regulations and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in document handling for PIB and PEB documents.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and procedures.,Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.),Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
