📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale system.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.,Maintain a clean and organized cash register area, including cash handling and inventory.,Handle cash deposits and withdrawals, ensuring accurate financial records.,Assist in stock management and restocking products as needed.,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.,Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.,Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or cashier role is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in point of sale systems.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Good mathematical skills for accurate cash handling.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
