📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Manage store finances, including budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.,Maintain positive customer relationships and resolve any issues that may arise.,Collaborate with the regional and national management teams to ensure store performance aligns with company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in a retail environment.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and staff.,Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
