📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen potential candidates to ensure a high-quality applicant pool.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate selection.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to inform recruitment efforts.,Build and maintain positive relationships with external recruiters and staffing agencies.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and industry trends.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
