📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the leasing and management of retail and commercial spaces within Electronic City Indonesia.,Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain high-quality tenants.,Manage and coordinate site development projects to enhance the property's value and appeal.,Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the real estate sector.,Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.,Lead and mentor a team of professionals to achieve divisional goals.,Report directly to the CEO and provide regular updates on divisional performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in property management, leasing, or site development.,Proven success in managing and growing retail and commercial properties.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian real estate laws and regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
