📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee procurement activities, including supplier selection, negotiation, and order placement.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and minimizing excess stock.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Monitor and analyze warehouse operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies related to procurement and warehouse operations.
• Prepare and analyze reports on procurement and warehouse performance to support decision-making.
• Lead and mentor junior staff to ensure high performance and professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and warehouse management, preferably in the logistics industry.
• Proficient in using procurement software such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) such as SAP WM, JDA, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholders and teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards related to procurement and logistics.
