📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain foundry equipment, including furnaces, ladles, and molds, to produce high-quality metal castings.
• Monitor and control temperature, pressure, and other critical parameters to ensure consistent and high-quality castings.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on foundry equipment to minimize downtime.
• Inspect castings for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Foundry Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with foundry equipment and processes, including sand casting, investment casting, and die casting.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive company vehicles.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
