📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Deliver high-quality English lessons to students of all ages, focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
Create and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and learning styles of your students.
Provide personalized feedback and support to help students improve their English proficiency.
Assess student progress and provide regular reports to parents and guardians.
Collaborate with the English Cafe team to develop and enhance our teaching methods and materials.
Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to stay updated on the latest teaching techniques and trends.
Maintain a clean and well-organized classroom environment that fosters a positive learning atmosphere.
Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom setting where all students feel valued and supported.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, English Language, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience, preferably in an English language setting.
Native or near-native proficiency in English.
TEFL or TESOL certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
