📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets using tools like Microsoft Project and Jira.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and reports to keep stakeholders informed.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and best practices.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams to enhance their project management skills.
• Collaborate with the IT department to ensure alignment between project goals and technical requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in the banking sector.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholders and teams.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve project issues.
• Familiarity with wholesale banking operations and IT systems is a plus.
