📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in manufacturing.,Strong knowledge of FMCG manufacturing processes and quality standards.,Proven track record of improving production efficiency and quality.,Good communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.,Experience with ERP or production management software is a plus.
